7-Day Return Policy

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your item. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

How to Return an Item

Initiate Your Return Request

Log into your account and go to "My Orders". Select the order containing the item you wish to return and click "Request Return".

Pack Your Item

Place the item in its original packaging (if possible) with all tags attached. Include any accessories or free gifts that came with the item.

Print Your Return Label

Once your return request is approved, you'll receive a prepaid return shipping label via email. Print it and attach it to your package.

Ship Your Return

Drop off your package at any authorized shipping location. You'll receive a tracking number to monitor your return.

Get Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Returnable

  • Unworn and unwashed items
  • Items with original tags attached
  • Items in original packaging
  • Returns within 30 days of delivery
  • Defective or damaged items

Non-Returnable

  • Underwear and swimwear
  • Items without tags or packaging
  • Worn, washed, or damaged items
  • Sale items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Gift cards and personalized items

Exchanges

We currently don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color:

  1. Return your original item following the return process
  2. Place a new order for the item you want once the return is initiated
  3. Your refund will be processed once we receive your returned item

Refund Information

Refund Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase. If you paid by card, the refund will go back to that card.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective or wrong item sent). Return shipping is free when using our prepaid label.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at support@iasemporium.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the defect or damage
  • A brief description of the issue

We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
